Better Care In Two Hours Than Twenty-Seven Providers Combined
“I just wanted to share some feedback. My experience has been exceptional. Kylie is fantastic, straight to the point, understands exactly what I need and has moved heaven and earth to make it happen.
I can’t thank you enough. I’ve spoken to twenty-seven providers in the last three weeks, and in just two hours you have given better service than all of them put together. Thank you.”

Families Feel Heard, Supported And Ready To Move Forward
“Just wanted to send a quick thanks for Sophea’s report. I’ve already reached out to the NDIS to request the power bank. He wasn’t keen on me organising anything else for now, but I’ll keep gently nudging him along.
I also spoke with Mary’s family yesterday. They were full of praise after your call. They said you were knowledgeable and really empathetic. They’ve now decided to increase Mary’s support work shifts, which is such a positive step and long overdue.
I really appreciate everything you’re doing."

A Wonderful Outcome For Our Participant
As a support coordinator, Sharon shared how impressed she’s been with the reports received from Lucy’s assessments.
She spoke in particular about the wheelchair assessment completed for Deborah, describing the wonderful outcome that followed.
Sharon had been very worried about Deborah and her need for that assessment, but Lucy’s work made all the difference.
In Sharon’s words, the experience has been “outstanding from start to finish”. She was quick to add that it wasn’t just about the report itself, but the care and responsiveness that stood out throughout the process.
We now have a very happy support coordinator, thanks not only to Lucy, but to her overall experience with Take Charge Therapy.
A Clinician Trusted For Her Own Son’s Care
“I have just had a call from Debbie asking if Khyati is available to do an assessment in Brisbane.
She advised me that Khyati's reports are fantastic, they are written very well and have yielded great results with plan reviews.
She is so impressed with Khyati's work that the AX referral she will be submitting for Khyati to do is for her own son who has ASD.
Hats off to you Khyati, I would say that is one of the highest compliments a clinician can get!”

A Report That Brought Happy Tears
“I am reading Jade’s FCA. I actually want to cry (happy tears) - I can't express to you the brilliance and thoroughness of this report.
It is just absolutely fantastic and I feel like you've really taken the time to listen and represent Jade and her circumstances so carefully and accurately.
Thank you so much Josie, Jane.”

Made A Real Connection Through Telehealth
“I was speaking with this participant’s mother, Donna, today.
You completed an FCA for her daughter back in April, and Donna asked me to pass on how impressed she was with the way you managed the telehealth session.
She said that Kendra doesn’t always connect easily with clinicians, but you made quite an impression.
Well done, Amelia, and keep up the great work.
“Perfectly Suited” For Hard-To-Engage Participants
“I spoke with Eve from Connecting Minds on Friday. She mentioned that Felicity has worked with a couple of her participants and that she is very impressed with her.
Eve said Felicity is perfectly suited to one particular participant who has been harder to engage, because of her holistic approach. As a result, she’s sent through a referral specifically requesting Felicity.
This email doesn’t quite capture the enthusiasm in Eve’s voice when she spoke about the difference Felicity has made.

Life-Changing News For Brock And His Mum
“I found out today that NDIS approved my Assistive Technology report for a $32,000 power wheelchair for Brock.
Brock has spina bifida and has been using a very old wheelchair that no longer met his needs, so this approval means the world.
I’m so pleased!

Hi Team,
I was speaking with Sharon Callan about a participant this afternoon and
she shared with me how impressed she was with the reports she has received
from Lucy's assessments.
She also mentioned the wheelchair assessment Lucy did for Deborah Wade and
the wonderful outcome from that. Sharon was very worried about Deborah and
her need for that assessment.
Unfortunately this email seems very bland compared to my discussion with
Sharon, however we have a very happy support coordinator. Thanks to not
only Lucy, but her overall experience with TCAT.
I spoke to Eve Hally from Connecting Minds on Friday. She mentioned that Felicity has done some work with a couple of her participants and she is very impressed with her. She thinks she is perfectly suited to a particular participant of hers that has been harder to engage, because of her holistic approach. As a result she has sent through a referral specifically requesting Felicity.
This email doesn't do justice to the enthusiasm in the feedback, my apologies I should have shared this on Friday when it was fresh.
Also - this bit is for the directors. She asked if we were going to get dieticians on board as she has noticed quite a need for them with her participants.
